Second stay here. Absolutely fantastic views from balcony: ocean, downtown, sunsets, fireworks and a huge bonus, whales. Cruise ships float by the balcony, variety of large birds, parachuters and more, fun to watch. Lot’s of lounge chairs by pool & beach. Beds super comfortable. Balcony furniture perfect, front & back. Back balcony has beautiful city views. New pots and pans. All dishes/knives/silverware needed to cook. If you are cooking meals envision standing at your kitchen counter looking straight out at ocean, nothing but ocean and hearing waves crashing. Chedraui for groceries is a 3 minute walk via a back path system right outside the Icon. I walk to everything including Malecon which takes me about 40 minutes but taxi’s are right at condo complex. Restaurants within a few blocks, Walmart, Sam’s Club, banks. Water delivery to your door. 40 pesos. Concierge service downstairs helps with any language issues re: taxi fees, tours, city info and more. Excellent service.

We really enjoyed our stay at Paul's condo, and I highly recommend it as a home base for a family vacation to Puerto Vallarta. The condo is in the ICON complex which is comprised of 3 beautiful beachfront structures with great amenities and services (ie gym, breakfast, spa, concierge, large pools, and beach access.) The condo is close to the airport and centrally located to everything. The views from the 21st floor condo of the entire bay were truly spectacular, and we literally enjoyed looking out the entire time we were there. There was even a separate large balcony that afforded wonderful views of the marina and mountains. The place was spacious and clean, and the kitchen was tidy and well stocked. The AC worked well, as did the internet and TV. The beds were comfortable. Paul is a good guy, very friendly and responsive. All in all, very happy with our trip to PVR and our stay at Paul's condo, and I highly recommend this place!

Paul’s home is absolutely amazing and I could not recommend it more to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta. The views are unmatched, you can watch the cruise ships dock in the morning while the sun rises from the bedroom, followed by fireworks on the beach after the sunset from the opposite balcony. The amenities are perfect with so much to do for children and adults. There is even a convenience store “Oxxo” next door if you’re looking for a snack or some drinks. Paul was very helpful and provided numerous recommendations for the area. Everyone we encountered was super friendly and spoke great English.
