The space
This quiet neighborhood is just a few blocks from the world-famous Malecón and within walking distance of great restaurants and cozy coffee shops. Winters in Puerto Vallarta are a dream, with average temps around 83°F from December through April—perfect for relaxing while everyone back home is bundled up in the cold.
Guests will easily be able to access this space from the street with ample parking if desired to have a car. In this location a car is not really necessary as most everything is available by walking around to various locations that are near by.
Other things to note
Puerto Vallarta has a plethora of things to do places to see and outdoor and indoor activities, from whale watching, snorkeling, hiking, zoo, museums, botanical gardens, zip lining, famous movie sets and on location scenes. Cultural aspect of Mexico goes back to indigenous Indians who perform daily on the malecon high flying acts.

The pool was small but pleasant to have, the kitchen was bar-none, the best stocked we have ever had at a home rental. Lots of street tacos and restaurants within walking distance. Close enough to walk to yet far enough from the action for peaceful sleeps.

About the host, Paul was super communicative from the moment I sent my request (within minutes), during our stay and even after we had left his place. He had a person (Leonor) greeting us at check-in and check-out. She was vey kind and resourceful. Paul has a booklet with clear instructions about the property and multiple recommendations for restaurants, places to visit and activities in Puerto Vallarta. I can tell that Paul cares for his guests.
About the property, this is a condominium within a building, it’s rather large in my opinion, two good size bedrooms, one kid’s bedroom (no door), two living rooms, dining room and great kitchen equipped with anything you could possibly need to cooked a proper meal. Lots of natural light and fresh air if you leave the doors open. The pool is shared and small but we liked it as it was a good opportunity to meet guests from other condominiums. This is a great place to stay next time you visit PVR.
